Worst system that I have ever used. Impossible to stream to facebook. probably end up up throwing it in the trash and getting something else. Do yourself a favor and buy something that works!

We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you have encountered.
Our video switcher is indeed capable of streaming directly to Facebook.
1. The streaming URL can be entered by importing it via a USB drive or SD card; simply create a new text file on the storage device, name it 'stream_url,' and the device will stream directly.
2. Alternatively, you can initiate the stream via the device's web-based interface.
(Note: The PC500's IP address must be within the same network subnet as your computer.)
