Tenveo’s story began in 2011, when founder Tong Jianwen and his longtime friend Chen Haipeng started the business with a shared passion for the video communication industry.
In the early days, it was just two people managing sales, handling customer orders, sourcing components by hand, testing products one by one, and packing every shipment themselves. When the company’s first employee, Zhang Chunli, joined the team, it marked the beginning of something much bigger.
What started as a small entrepreneurial dream has grown into a nearly 200-person company with its own manufacturing facilities and a complete business ecosystem covering R&D, production, sales, and global service.
